Mr. Godwin Essien graduated with B.Sc. in Finance, B.Sc. in Marketing, Masters of Law (LL.M) in Taxation, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law. He has practiced international and business law in the USA for several years; has assisted US companies in numerous oversea ventures; is a founding member of the African-American Chamber of Commerce in Orlando, Florida; has represented the Black Business Investment Fund (an organization funded by local banks and the State of Florida), and has also represented several international firms seeking to do business in the USA. Mr. Essien is also currently working on an advisory capacity for several financial institutions, and telecommunication firms.

He joined the group as Vice President, after 30 years in education as a school principal during which he founded a major school in Sydney, Australia. After retiring from teaching, he opened his own consultancy in marketing and sales, which has been in operation for the past 10 years. He specializes in international marketing and networking

(USAF), BS Industrial Technology Southern Illinois University at Carbondale - Financial Investment Manager Mr. Hall served nearly 23 years in the United States Air Force as Communications and Computer Specialist. Upon retiring, he formed a Project Management Company in San Antonio, Texas and consulted on various real estate projects in the U.S. and abroad. Art is presently the President/CEO of his own company Atalanta Financial and Associates in San Antonio. Atalanta is involved in bringing clients (borrowers seeking financing) and lenders together to find a common solution to solve the financial needs of the client.
